A Taste of History

A multi-sensory visit for the whole family!

Our new, permanent exhibit seeks to explain and promote the history of La Grande Ferme by showcasing, side-by-side, both the rich history of the site and something that’s always been vital to us all–food! Come rediscover our collection using all your senses. Look, touch, smell, and taste your way back to the farm’s very first buildings commissioned by the founder of Séminaire de Québec (the Québec Seminary) and the owner of the Beaupré Seigneury, Monsignor François-de-Laval. The exhibit wraps up with an immersive component for kids that’s sure to delight the whole family!

June 25 to Canadian Thanksgiving, Wednesday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

After October 31: Upon reservation only
